Mr. K. R. Madhar, Advocate, High Court, Delhi, has achieved significant academic qualifications, including Master in Laws (LL.M.), M.B.A. and is currently pursuing Ph.D. with focus on G.S.T. He has recently retired as Additional Commissioner of Customs and GST after rendering 37 years of distinguished service in different capacities in the Deptt. of Revenue, Govt. of India. He has wide experience in Customs, GST, Investigations, Assessment matters, Classification issues, Appeals, DGFT, PMLA and other financial and technical matters.

Mr. Suresh C. Ganger retired as Director (PAC), CBIC, Deptt. of Revenue, Govt. of India. He joined the Department as Expert Appraiser (Electronics). He worked in the Department in different capacities i.e., as Under Secretary, CBIC, Assistant Director, DRI etc. He was also posted in Brussels for four years as Second Secretary (Trade)/ COIN Officer where he participated in important meetings of the World Customs Organisation including that of Harmonised System of Nomenclature (HSN) Committee, etc. He has wide experience in Customs, GST, Investigations, Assessment matters, Classification issues, Appeals, DGFT, PMLA and other financial & technical matters.
